I provide 50-minute virtual individual psychotherapy sessions for adults in both English and French.
What is psychotherapy?
The Ordre des psychologues du Québec describes psychotherapy as a psychological treatment who’s « goal is to create changes in a person’s attitudes, behaviour, ways of thinking or ways of responding, so that the person can feel better, find answers to their questions, solve problems, make choices, and reach a better understanding of who they are.” In Québec, a permit is required to practice psychotherapy.
