Sexologist and psychotherapist
My Approach
A sexologist since 2013, I returned to my studies in 2020 to obtain a master’s degree in counseling, with the goal of expanding my skills and offering even more tailored support. After nearly seven years in the community sector, I started my private practice in 2019, where I once again witnessed a critical lack of support: endless wait times, limited access to services, and people in distress seeking compassionate and effective care.
In response to this reality, I founded Collectif Bien-Être, a group of professionals with shared values, aimed at providing more accessible and diverse support.
I use a cognitive-behavioral and integrative approach, grounded in an intersectional feminist framework, to offer respectful and personalized support. My approach is collaborative: by combining proven techniques with an understanding of your unique experiences, we work together to build a path to well-being that truly fits you.
